Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant human TL1A/TNFSF15 is immobilized at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well), recombinant human TNFRSF25/DR3 (Cat #: AHK23201) binds with an ED50 of less than 2.40 μg/mL.
