Biological activity

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant mouse IL23R (Cat #: AMJ03701) is immobilized at 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) the concentration of recombinant mouse IL‑23 that produces 50% of optimal binding response is approximately 5-25 ng/mL.
