Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant human Glucosylceramidase/GBA is immobilized at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well), recombinant human SCARB2/CD36L2 (Cat #: AHG70401) binds with an ED50 of 100-800 ng/mL.
