Biological activity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of THP-1 cells. When cells are added to CD50/ICAM3 (Cat #: AHE01701) coated plates (12.5 μg/mL, 100 μL/well), approximately >50% cells will adhere specifically after 60 minutes at 37 ℃.
