    LAMB3 regulates collagen matrix stiffness, drives DP cell polarity, and promotes odontoblast differentiation. (A) Schematic diagram showing the culture of DP cells on collagen gels (reconstituted 3 mg/mL collagen I) supplied with 5, 50, or 500 ng/mL LAMB3 protein. (B) Addition of LAMB3 protein primarily increased the stiffness of 3 mg/mL gel.
