Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant human NLGN3 (Cat #: AHN20401) is immobilized at 2 μg/mL, biotinylated recombinant human Neurexin 1 beta binds with a typical ED50 = 150-900 ng/mL.
