Biological activity

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant human EDAA2/Ectodysplasin A2 is immobilized at 1 µg/mL (100 µL/well), recombinant human EDA2R (Cat #: AHN41801) binds with an ED50 of 40.0-500 ng/mL.
