AHJ99001

Biological activity

Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of mouse vascular endothelial cells (SVEC4‑10). When 4 x 10^4 cells/well are added to recombinant human CLMP/ASAM (Cat #: AHJ99001) coated plates (30 µg/mL, 100 µL/well), approximately 25%‑50% will adhere after one hour at 37 ℃.
