Recombinant Human SECTM1 Protein, C-hFc-His (Active)

Catalog #:   AHN56801 Specific References (24) DATASHEET
Applications: Bioactivity, ELISA, Immunogen, SDS-PAGE, WB
Expression system: Mammalian Cells
Accession: Q8WVN6
Protein length: Gln29-Gly145
Overview

Catalog No.

AHN56801

Biological activity

Measured by its ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human acute T cell leukemia cells (Jurkat). When 5 x 10^4 cells per well are added to recombinant human SECTM1 (Cat #: AHN56801) coated plates, cell adhesion is enhanced in a dose dependent manner. The ED50 for this effect is 1.5-7.5 μg/mL.
