Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant human NCR3LG1/B7-H6 (Cat #: AHJ04401) is immobilized at 1 µg/mL (100 µL/well), the concentration of recombinant human NKp30/NCR3 that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is 0.02-0.1 μg/mL.
