Biological activity

Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human squamous cell carcinoma cells (FaDu). When 5 x 10^4 cells per well are added to rhCHI3L2 (Cat #: AHH19601) coated plates for 30 minutes at 37 ℃, cell adhesion is enhanced in a dose dependent manner with typical ED50 range of 0.7-2.8 μg/mL. Opitimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
