Measured by its ability to enhance neurite outgrowth of E16-E18 rat embryonic cortical neurons. Recombinant human GP88/GRN (Cat #: AHD80301), immobilized at 10-40 μg/mL on a nitrocellulose coated plate, is able to significantly enhance neurite outgrowth.
