Biological activity

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant IFNAR1 (Cat #: AHD23001) is present at 10 μg/mL, it binds to recombinant human IFNAR2 in the presence of recombinant human IFN alpha 2. The concentration of recombinant human IFNAR2 that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is approximately 0.5-1.5 μg/mL.

Stability and Storage
