Biological activity

Measured by its ability to enhance neurite outgrowth of E16-E18 rat embryonic cortical neurons. Recombinant human NFASC/Neurofascin (Cat #: AHB46201), immobilized at 6 μg/mL on a 96-well plate, is able to significantly enhance neurite outgrowth.

Stability and Storage

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
