Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence assay with C6 antibody. H1299 cells were treated for 24 h with the indicated drugs (H, hydroxyurea; G+A, gemcitabine + AZD-7762) and incubated after fixation with antibody C6. Bound molecules were revealed with Alexa 568-labelled anti-mouse IgG. The nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Scale bar: 20 µm. NT, untreated cells.
