Biological activity
Measured by its ability to inhibit Sonic Hedgehog (Shh) induction of alkaline phosphatase production in mouse embryonic fibroblast cells (C3H10T1/2). Recombinant human HHIP (Cat #: AHN57501) inhibits a constant dose of 20 ng/mL of recombinant human Sonic Hedgehog/Shh Protein, high activity in a mouse embryonic fibroblast cell (C3H10T1/2) alkaline phosphatase induction assay with an ED50 = 0.1-0.6 µg/mL.
