Biological activity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human breast cancer cells (BT‑20). When 5 x 10^4 cells/well are added to rhJAML (Cat #: AHN02401) coated plates (10 µg/mL, 100 µL/well), approximately 55%-75% will adhere after 1 hour at 37 ℃. Similar results were obtained using HeLa, A549, and T84 cell-lines.
