Biological activity
Measured by its ability to inhibit Wnt induced TCF reporter activity in human embryonic kidney cells (HEK293). The ED50 for this effect is 0.1-0.6 μg/mL in the presence of 0.5 μg/mL of recombinant human Wnt-3a.
