Biological activity
Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-2-dependent proliferation of human megakaryocytic leukemic cells (MO7e). The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.6-3.6 µg/mL in the presence of 30 µg/mL of soluble IL-2 R beta and 10 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-2.
