Biological activity

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When human IgM is immobilized at 2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well, recombinant human FCMR/FAIM3 (Cat #: AHA96901) binds with an ED50 of 0.4-2 μg/mL.

Stability and Storage
