WESTERN BLOT

Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CD31 antibody (RHD16403) at 1μg/mL .

Lane 1: THP-1 cell lysate
Lane 2: Jurkat cell lysate

Second Ab: Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal antibody, HRP (PMB96431) at 0.1 μg/mL.

Flow-cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD31 antibody. Jurkat cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD31 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # RHD16403 , Blue Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (AntibodySystem: PMB96441) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
